Compounding
The selected PVC material is mixed with additives such as blowing agents, fillers, and stabilizers. This compounding phase is critical for achieving the desired foam characteristics, including density and resilience. For closed-cell PVC foam tape, specific blowing agents are used to create a consistent closed-cell structure.
Foam Formation

Shaping and Cutting

Adhesive Application
