Foam tape, available as single-sided or double-sided adhesive tape, can be used for holding or mounting many kinds of items. There are additional uses around the home or business, such as for weather sealing. Our adhesive foam tape comes in various sizes and styles. Single-Sided Foam Tape Technical Data: Service Temperature:-30°C to 70°C; High Tack Acrylic Adhesive; Medium Density; A minimum of 30% Compression is Required for Water Sealing Uses (Grey & Black Only). Single-Sided Foam Tape Applications: Sealing (Air / Dust / Water); Cushioning; Insulating; Noise Dampening. The Adhesive of Single-Sided Pe / Eva / Pvc / Pu / Epdm / Neoprene Foam Tape is applied to one side and is typically used in gaskets, weatherstripping, or decorative applications. Example uses include: Internal & External DIY, Window and Door Gaskets, Kit Car Use, Hobby Crafting, Cushioning, Packing, General Gap Filling, Anti-Vibration, Noise Suppression, Dust & Air Seals, Engineering. Most of our foam and sponge products are provided single-coated, with a protective paper backing. The single-sided adhesive holds the product in place during assembly.

The following products are all available single-coated: Ether Foam, Ester Foam, PVC Foam, Neoprene Sponge, and Polyethylene Foam In addition, the following product lines are single-coated products: Gasket Tapes, and Weatherstripping. This tape has an extra sticky backing, making it suitable for high moisture-level applications. It also has a density of 25Kgs/M3. It is flexible with good tear and chemical resistance. Polyethylene is preferred to EPDM when oils and greases are present. Note:- The maximum working temperature is 60 degrees C. The backing peels away to reveal a high-quality, extra-sticky adhesive. This tape sticks to the backing, not itself, making it very easy to work with. The Closed Cell Foam – Making the tape weatherproof & waterproof (Closed cells are pockets of gas that are completely surrounded by the solid material, making each cell sealed from each other and therefore unable to adsorb liquid).

Good Flexibility & Ageing Properties which means it will not deteriorate or go brittle with time. Available in 0.5 Metre to 10 Metre Lengths – We aim to supply the exact length that you have ordered, however, longer lengths may be subject to the industry standard tolerances. Shades of Dark Grey may vary slightly between batches. Please note that some tape of this type of product is made from 2 Metre blocks that are joined together to form a 10 Metre length prior to cutting. Although every effort is made to supply a 10 Metre length with consistent color, occasionally the shades may vary along the length of the tape. If you require the full length of the tape to be the exact same shade of grey, please add a note to your order and we will make every effort to supply it as requested.
